BFGoodrich Fall 2024 Rebates

I’ve had great experiences with Reliance. They provide honest repair recommendations and fair pricing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

Reliance Auto in Hamilton is top-notch! They fixed my axle and purge regulator in just ONE HOUR and my car runs perfectly now. Their service is fast, friendly, and flawless. Highly recommend!”

Really solid experience overall. Brought my car in for an issue that was starting to get worse, and they handled it properly from the start.

They took the time to check everything instead of rushing it, figured out exactly what was going on, and explained it in a way that actually made sense. No guessing, no pressure, just straight up honest work.

They also gave me a couple of options depending on how I wanted to go about it, which I appreciated. And honestly, you’re getting what you pay for, which I really appreciate.

Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Definitely coming back.

Really great experience at Reliance Auto Mechanic. The staff were friendly, honest, and clearly know what they’re doing. They took the time to diagnose the issue properly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated.

There was no pressure or unnecessary add-ons just straightforward advice and quality work. The job was done on time, and my car has been running perfectly since.

It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this shop definitely earned that. Fair pricing, solid service, and great communication all around. I’ll be coming back here for future maintenance for sure.

After driving 7 hours from New Jersey to Hamilton as a stop for Toronto, I had a completely flat tire and somehow found paper jammed between the brake disk and pad. I called up several mechanics in town and no one wanted to even take a look because it was 4:15p Friday. Lucky that this mechanic shop agreed to take a look. Even more surprise was that they charged a low price of CAD39.95 for removing the jammed paper and solving the problem. They saved our day. I really thanked their help.

A professional, no-nonsense approach in addressing the issues at hand. Followed by options, recommendations and committed performance...

It's rare to experience authentic care when dealing with mechanic shops..
They have consistently provided
exceptional service from front to back ..

I won't go anywhere else..

This is by far the best mechanic I've been too! As a woman it's also important that I don't feel like he's pushing for things I don't need and treats me with respect!! 100% would send friends and family there!

CAA towed my broken down 2016 Elantra to this garage one cold night in January. They fixed the problem that very day and I have been going to them ever since for all my service needs. Honest, reliable, efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Yusef and Joe are reliable mechanics and they have been very helpful to my car needs. It would be convenient if that location was able to do alignment work, but l understand

Very nice people!! From the desk to the mechanics, they are all nice. The mechanic was so honest with the price, and he ordered and replaced my starter in a couple hours.

Incredibly kind and HONEST!
I will absolutely be back.
I went here last minute before taking my children to tobermory. I had something in my tire, this gentleman went above and beyond to ensure our family was safe for the drive. Thank you again!

This place has been so good to me over the years. I recently came in because my car was making a loud humming noise, and wasn't as powerful when accelerating. The guys in the shop told me that my catalytic converter was locked... and that it would cost me around $1000 to repair... BUT the technician Joe told gave me a solution that only costed me aroundd $60, and my car is surprisingly good as new! These guys have always been so honest with me and I really appreciate that. So if you want a place that will keep it right to the point, this is the one for you :)

My 2008 Toyota RAV4 broke down and was beyond my knowledge for fixing it. I had it towed through CAA since this was a CAA approved shop. They were able to fix it by the next day as they had other vehicles ahead of me to work on. When I got my SUV back I drove it a bit shopping and it broke down again. The next day when the shop was open again I brought it in and got it fixed no charge as it was only a small issue. I found the receptionist kind and understanding and Yousef was great to show me how they fixed the issue. I still don’t understand what happened but my dad does (he’s in BC so can’t help too much other than give me advice how to proceed) and he approved their solution. I will definitely use their shop again if my Betsy needs repair.

I've been a customer at Reliance Auto Mechanic on Cannon St. In Hamilton for about 5 years. I drive a 2011 Honda Fit with lots of km. on it. I have had good experiences with every visit. Joe, who runs the garage and is the senior mechanic is, in my opinion, a totally excellent mechanic, totally honest, a really good communicator, a man of his word, and occasionally has gone out of his way to meet my time needs,. Etc. My 5 star rating of Reliance reflects my very excellent experiences there. I have no personal or business connection with Reliance other than getting my car serviced. I go there because it's near my home..

Great service, super friendly staff! I also like how they always use OEM parts, especially considering how well they price their services. I will definitely be coming back here
